My goal
Is to empower you with research backed skills to help you create meaningful change in your life.
ABOUT ME
I am a person who enjoys being in relationship with people and enhancing connection. This translates into who I am professionally and personally. I feel very fortunate to have found a career that I love and that feeds my passion for learning and journeying with others.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, which left me with an appreciation for a relaxed lifestyle and social connection. I now reside in College Station, TX, with my partner and two children.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Central Washington University. I completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at Texas A&M University Health Services. I have trained and worked as a clinician and supervisor in university, hospital, and community/agency settings.
